2000 Sundowner Pro Stock 20 - 4 foot dressing room with 16 foot in the stock area (all aluminum model) has a dressing room with air conditioner, door from dressing room to what they have set up as tack area in first stall, escape door also opens up into this tack area (they have moved the cut gate up to the front of the trailer making this a tack area but easy to put it back, you can still get 4 horses in on a slant with present set up giving you more room in the dressing room price $11,995.

The bathroom has a hard sliding door where you have a separate real toilet, separate real sink with vanity & mirror & a separate real shower with glass door. This bathroom is very roomy bathroom. Lots of cabinets throughout the whole trailer for plenty of storage. You have ducted heat & air, heat is both electric or propane. you have a door from the living quarters to horse area, drop down windows on the head side, bus windows on the butt side, escape door, stud stall, collapsible rear tack, yes trailer has all tanks fresh gray & black, Trailer has a Brand New set of tires & wheels. Super nice trailer at great price do note radio is missing which would involve a minor replacement cost & trailer has had a tiny bit of aluminum repair work done beside the one butt winndow (see pic) cosmetic only, no damage on the inside & if you took it to a better trailer repair shop the cost should only be a couple hundred dollars to fix it properly as easy fix & if done correctly you will not be able to tell there was ever any damage. 1997 Sundowner - 6 horse with mid tack, hay rack, all aluminum construction, rear tack, escape door, 7 wide, drop windows on the head , stock windows on the butt. The dressing room has air conditioning, cabinet with storage & counter area plus a a sink, shelf above cabinet for more storage, portable water tank for the sink, boot box, electric outlets, indoor out door carpet & light. The rear tack looks to have eclectic so generator ready (note no Generator), awning. Trailer does need a few minor things - roof vent in mid tack needs the plastic part replaced, spare tire, bottom hinge on the mid tack door need replaced, couple of outside horse tie's need replaced, some outside lights need replaced, rubber bumper I think just needs to be adjusted, & awning fabric needs replaced, one window has 1/2 a glass missing, all in all nice trailer all repairs are minor & simple fixes.
